Hemlines on hemlines
My favorite way to add visual interest to an outfit is to look at my hemline.
Do I want to tuck? Pin? Layer?
Recently, I have been all about layering. Maybe it’s the resurgence of Y2k camis or maybe it’s just the fluctuating weather in San Francisco, but I love to layer.
I love a skirt under a skirt.
I love two tank tops stacked.
I love an all black outfit with a pop of pattern or color peeking out.
Or even look at the neckline! Change the neckline or make something less cropped.
The more I am presented with the opportunity to travel and work from different parts of the country and see other parts of the world, the more apparent it is to me how I can create soooo many looks from the same, or a limit of, clothes.
All it takes is a safety pin, or an extra tank top!
